When I do not know that a client’s therapy has lapsed, someone has been emergently hospitalized, something is wrong at school, or that a placement will soon disrupt, the CASA does and they alert me right away. I cannot know everything all of the time. However, when my clients have a CASA, I’m always confident that I will never be left out of the loop.”
